Terms and Conditions


You may pay with your PayPal or Credit Card.

All payments are accepted via PayPal. If you don't have PayPal, you are still able to pay via Credit Card by clicking on PayPal icon at checkout. It will then take you to PayPay website where you will find an option “Pay with Debit or Credit card” as shown in the screenshot.

You don’t need to have a paypal account to pay with Credit Card.



All packages are sent out from Thailand. Phone number is needed for a delivery and all packages require a signature upon delivery. Your understanding is highly appreciated.

After payment is cleared and received, packages will be sent by Registered Mail via DHL GLOBAL MAIL (NOT DHL EXPRESS) with tracking number. If you have not received your items within 20 days after the shipping date, please contact us.

        ✎ EUROPE ~ 10-15 days

✎ AUSTRALIA and ASIA ~ 10-14 days.

Delivery time can be varying due to your custom clearance, severe weather, high delivery volume during a festive season, and unknown factors. These factors are beyond our controls.

DHL Express service is a safe & fast way. 
It takes 3-7 business days from Thailand. Please inquire about additional charges, if this option is not available during a check out.

Note: If a package is unclaimed within 15 days after the first delivery attempt, it will be returned to the sender. It is a customer responsibility to check a delivery status periodically and contact the local post office to claim for a package. In case that a package is returned to us and you would like to have the merchandise re-delivered, you will be responsible for a re-delivery fee. And in case that a package is returned to us and you are no longer want the merchandise, a full refund on goods cost will be given. You will be responsible for a delivery fee.


Customs Fee and Taxes

Customs fee and taxes is controlled and collected by your own Customs Department. They usually random check for the packages and might contact you to pay for any customs fee (rarely happens). Buyer is obliged to pay for this fee. We are not responsible for customs fee, taxes or any extra taxes involved. For more information about customs fee and taxes, please contact you local customs department.


Refunds and Exchanges

All items are returnable. It should be returned within 20 days after you receive it. The full refund on the goods cost (not includes the shipping fee) will be refunded to you after we have received the item back in the original condition. Customers are responsible for a returning shipping fee.


In case of an exchange, the item has to be returned within 20 days after you receive it in the original condition. Customers are responsible for an exchanging shipping fee. 

Note: Please kindly contact us before returning or exchanging the item. 


Lost and Damages

All of the packages sent via Registered Mail come with an insurance covered up to USD40. If you need more coverage for the merchandise, please contact us prior to your purchase. Customers are responsible for any additional fees. We cannot be responsible for damaged, missing or lost parcels during the transition process.

However, if your parcel is lost and we decide to replace the merchandise for you, it is your responsibility to pay for the replacement's shipping fees.
